PASAS pasasthegame (second semester large team project)
PASAS is a multiplayer game for children aged 3-5 years old. It was invented
and designed to stimulate social awareness skills of young children. The
children learn how to behave socially in a playful and fun manner. Each
player uses a stuffed animal as a controller in combination with a gameboard.
On a display the children can listen to and watch a game.
By using the stuffed animal onto the right positions of the gameboard
they can answer questions which are being asked during the game. The game
can only be completed succesfully if all the children work together and
give the right answers.
On may 11, 2005, PASAS was exposed at the Digitainment
symposium in Leiden, The Netherlands. The subject of this symposium
was digital entertainment in the future.
